As a Director of Strategy & Design at Environics Research, I am responsible for supporting the Strategy & Innovation services through the discovery of brand equity opportunities, facilitation of qualitative engagements, articulation of consumer experience insights and leading stakeholder brand activation workshops. I employ an interdisciplinary approach that combines industrial design thinking and primary research insights to develop a unique framework for understanding consumer needs and experiences.
